We handle the entire process, from purchasing piglets, pigs and slaughter sows to selling legs bone-in, middles, bacon, and other meat products. Thanks to our focus on animal welfare and nutrition, our piglets and pigs are known for their quality and good health. As chain director, this is important to us. We establish partnerships with pig farmers and traders, supporting them in the procurement and care of piglets and pigs. We also arrange transport and handle slaughter and processing in-house. We work with respect for people, animals, and the environment to achieve excellent results – together with our chain partners.

We entrust the slaughtering of our pigs to carefully selected partners. We handle the deboning, cutting, packaging and, where necessary, freezing of the pork meat ourselves.

After slaughter, some pigs are deboned at the PALI Meat deboning hall in Oss. We can also provide custom cutting of the boneless meat, allowing us to bring our products to an even wider range of customers.

Special processing requests?

Our cold store

Our cold storage facility in 's-Hertogenbosch has a storage capacity of 45,000 square metres and a freezing capacity of 150 tonnes of meat per day. Freezing takes place immediately after the animal is slaughtered or the meat is processed. Our customers can specify the method used, either tunnel freezing or plate freezing. Products are frozen at very high speed, guaranteeing the meat's quality.
