Robust. That's the best way to describe the taste of fresh goat meat. Goats are fed on roughage and grains, which results in a distinctively rich, gamey flavour.
We process and package fresh meat products in the Netherlands. We also coordinate sales in-house. If necessary, we can freeze goat meat products at our well-equipped cold storage facility in 's-Hertogenbosch.
