Vitelco gives PALI Group its own calf slaughterhouse, deboning department and sales department with a very extensive sales network. To serve its clients, Vitelco needs a continuous supply of calves for slaughter (white veal, young rosé veal and rosé beef). Slaughtered livestock are – in other words – sold through our own sales channel. The right sales market and optimum economic value for every quality!

Vitelco provides its global buyers with client-specific veal products of a fixed quality and quantity.

The colour, the meat-fat ratio and the weight are in line with the characteristic demand from the various international markets.

Extensive slaughter information can be found on calves slaughter at Vitelco on PALI Data (www.palidata.net).

The dissemination of information and communication is important between the links in the production chain. Failure costs can be limited and business operations can be optimised by using the information available from other links in the chain. Vitelco suppliers (veal farmers and calf traders) are provided with information on classification, weight, but also on the results of the carcass and organ inspections carried out at the slaughterhouses by the nVWA on PALI Data (www.palidata.net).
